• Handbags, jewelry, accessories: FREE USPS Priority shipping within the continental U.S. (2-3 business day delivery). Items are shipped within 3 business days after your payment cleared. 

• International shipping: Please contact us for a quote.

• Extra shipping services: UPS or Fedex upon request, at current rates. Extra insurance and international shipping quotes are provided upon request. 

• Insurance: FREE insurance up to $200 value. Extra insurance is quoted for the items over $200 value. 

• Vintage exotic skin handbags: U.S. shipping only. No international shipping. Please contact us with questions, if necessary. We don't ship Python to California, USA. The shipping requirements are due to the regulations set forth by the USFWS (Unites States Fish and Wildlife Service).

• Ads & Prints: $5.99 First Class (U.S.), $21 (worldwide); plus $2.50 for each additional print. Prints can also be ordered in custom sizes (see the charge below).

 

 

PAYMENT

We accept all types of payment, including major credit cards through PayPal, money orders, checks, and wire transfers, if necessary. Please allow time for checks to clear. Layaway and payment plans are available, too. 

 

 

CONDITION

Our handbags are vintage (pre-owned), created at least twenty years ago. Most were handmade in the 1940s-1960s and represent the best of unique, one-off vintage, which cannot be easily found anywhere else. It takes a lot of study, research and time to find these well-preserved pieces and offer them to you in original, undamaged condition.  You will not find cracks, holes, tarnish or odor in our vintage bags.  Some of them were professionally refurbished and restored, as mentioned in their description. But most were simply cleaned and freshed up.  Some may have very slight, natural signs of time, such as patina on the skins and metal, very slight edge wear, or some slight color variation. Such imperfections are a part of their charm and appeal, which only adds character to these unique, hand-made vintage pieces of art and fashion history: a desirable aspect that separates them from new, mass-produced products.  Please note that we take time to inspect every item we sell and document its features in our archived close-ups and descriptions. If you need additional details or pics, please don't hesitate to ask and we'll respond within 24 hours.  

 

 

RETURNS 

Our authentic vintage and artisan items are unique, and presented to the best of our knowledge and ability. The items marked as final sales are non-refundable. We truly hope you'll be happy with our products upon receipt, but if you are not, please contact us with the explanation of the reason and we will do our best to work with you on finding a replacement or exchange for a store credit. Claims of shipping damage must be substantiated by documented proof (close up photos) submitted within 2 days after receipt. As soon as the replacement is determined and confirmed, we will provide you with a return authorization number. The item then must be returned within 3 (three) business days after receipt, in original condition and packaging by original carrier, with a tracking number provided to us upon return. We inspect the return upon receipt and notify you about the date when the replacement is shipped. We truly hope you will not need to return the item, in order to be qualified for our substantial discounts provided to our repeat customers, regardless whether the item is sold for a regular price, or on special. Please follow our return instructions, in order to avoid any potential return problems.  

 

 

STORE CREDIT & RESTOCKING FEES

Please note that we do not refund for our final sale vintage handbags, as we make an extra effort to carefully examine every item for flaws and damage before listing, in order to present it accurately and to the best of our knowledge. In addition, we provide extensive after-purchase maintenance plans to help you keep your vintage purchase in a tip-top shape. However, as stated in the Returns section, if you changed your mind upon its receipt, we can exchange it for a similar one and will do our best to find the best possible replacement.  Please note that our vintage or artisan jewelry and accessories can be retuned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee within 2 days after receipt. Simply contact us with the reason, in order to receive a return authorization number, and then provide a tracking number upon return. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging, by the original carrier, within 3 business days after return. We will inspect the return upon receipt, and notify you about the date of the refund.  Please follow our return instructions, in order to receive the replacement fast. We are grateful for your purchase and hope you will be back for more!
